Good morning Huskies,

The Board is looking for volunteers to help with the End of Season Banquet. We had a few parents interested in helping with the banquet, if you are interested in helping with the banquet, please send an email to mkrafty95@gmail.com. We are needing help with decorations, end of season video, senior boards, and more.

We’ve heard from some parents asking about busing to races. As of right now, on race days, please assume the school district is providing busing to races. If there is a change, and a bus is not available, a notification will be sent out to parents letting them know that no busing is available. Please note that bus times vary depending upon race times. Throughout the season, communication on bus times have been communicated through the captains on the GroupMe app to skiers. The captains have created a new GroupMe for the whole team (i.e. the boys and girls teams are in one GroupMe group). Please have your skier contact a captain to make sure they are in the new GroupMe group . This will help ensure all skiers are receiving the most recent information on busing and information for the season.

You may be wondering about what happened to the pasta feeds this season. Please know that the Board is trying to coordinate pasta feeds for the team. Unfortunately, its been difficult to coordinate pasta feeds for the team this season due to the ski waxing location(s) changes. If anyone knows or has access to a location that is big enough to host waxing and pasta feeds for the team, please contact a board member.

We wanted to let parents know that a Papa Murphy Blitz will be taking place on January 22, 2022, with January 29, 2022 as a back up date. More information will be sent on this event at a later date.

Race results information. If you are looking for race results information, please visit https://www.skinnyski.com/racing/results/default.asp. Currently, the team website limits the number of documents we can post on the site. Thus, the pdfs are not posted. The SkinnySki link is also posted on the team page.
