Attached is a google form to fill out for the end of season banquet.
It will be held at Bunker Hills Event Center on Monday March 4th from 5:30-8:30.

We are asking all athletes to arrive by 5:15/5:30 to sign the senior boards, cards for coaches, etc.

RSVP’S NEED TO BE IN BY FEBRUARY 23RD.

Payment will be taken at the door by check or cash.
(You do not need to pay for your athlete)
