The banquet is booked for Monday March 4th at Bunker Hills. There will be a board member in charge of it, and will reach out to you to let you know what all is needed the closer it gets.

The meet for Tuesday January 23rd will be a classic sprint relay format (teams of two).
This is at Elm Creek-Bus leaves AHS @ 2PM

The heats will begin at 3:30pm (both boys and girls), and wrapping up by 4. Then the finals will begin at 4:20 (this will comprise of the top 8 teams for each gender).

A fundraiser is set up at Beef O’Brady’s for Sunday January 21st from 12-4pm. We will need volunteers to help pull this together. There will be a 50/50 raffle and a bake sale. (The raffle tickets are sold and there will be drawings throughout the event for cash prizes)

The athletes have a lot of fun with this competing boys vs. girls. The athletes will walk around selling raffle tickets during the event. The more energy that is brought to the event the more Beef’s will donate. (It is typically 15-20 percent of their sales)

There will also be a bake sale for you to bring your baked goods to sell. Brad mentioned that chex mixes or any salty mixes sell really well. Items such as Cake pops, breads and your favorite baked goods are good ideas as well.

Brad the owner of Beef’s will put pricing on everything for the bake sale. All you have to do is put them together and package them nicely.
