Reminder -Betty’s Pies order forms are due Thursday February 1st. Lana Jendro will be at the meet tomorrow (31st) to collect your forms. You can pay her through venmo: Lana-Jendro or set up another way with her to pay: Her contact info is: lanajendrogmail.com.

The Banquet will be Monday March 4th at Bunker Hills Activity Center from 5:30-8pm.
12800 Bunker Prairie Rd NW Coon Rapids.
It will be $25 per guest. (Athletes will not need to pay this).
We are asking all athletes to arrive by 5:15/5:30 to sign the senior boards, cards for coaches, etc.
A google form will be sent out in a few days to sign up. Once the form is sent out there will be more info on payment, etc.
The form will need to be filled out by February 23rd so the venue has the number of guests attending.

Location: 2050 Northdale Blvd Coon Rapids
Time is from 10am -2pm.
Please arrive 10 min early for your shift.

Athletes: Please wear your nordic apparel.

Athletes will be stationed at the end of the checkout area and will ask shoppers if they can help bag their groceries. If the shopper agrees to the bagging- they can thank them and tell them about our team: who we are, what we do, how the season is going, and what we are raising money for. There will be a bucket for donations on a table near the exit door, or sometimes the customers will hand the athlete a tip and they can place it in the donation bucket.

• Athletes and parents are not allowed to be on cell phones during your shift.* If you need to use your phone, please step away from the bagging area and be discreet with it. This has been a huge complaint from customers. We would like the athletes to engage as much as possible with the customers. This will also help with tips which is how the funds are made with this.
